Khan Skewer Restaurant, reflecting the flavors of a Mongolian legacy, has been dedicated to offering guests the boldest flavors of Mongolian cuisine since 2022 in Honolulu, Hawaii. We believe that a fantastic meal begins with high-quality ingredients. To maintain authentic
Mongolian flavor, most of the spices are imported from Mongolia. Each skewer is made and served on the same day to provide top freshness. No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives are used in its cuisine. The amazing range of skewers includes lamb skewer, beef brisket with tendon skewer, grilled oyster, Big Island abalone and grilled eggplant. Our chef’s specials include crawfish, spicy stir-fry platter and grilled fish, adding a new taste experience to an already stellar menu.
Special Dipping Sauce
Hawaii is well known for its pineapples, and we are trying to use local products and support local vendors. As a result, Khan Skewer Restaurant has developed a dipping sauce that combines traditional Mongolian cuisine with Hawaiian products: homemade pineapple fruit dipping sauce.
